The contract plumber that checked my drain was not very through. He arrived checked one part of the drain, snaked about 4 feet of the line and said he didn’t find anything wrong. This whole process took him less than 10 minutes. He arrived and left within 15 minutes. Drain is still slow.

Two plumbers came same day I called. They were very professional and courteous. They quickly and efficiently solved cause of my shower drain backing up. Sink next to where shower is was clogged. They snaked out the sink. Problem solved.

My experience was terrible. The companies you company use are not the best.There want to make appt. that are convenient for them, not the customer.I had an appliance company I liked using they did good work, but I could never get them. I was told I had to get the next company in line.This was one of the reasons I canceled my account.

Home Serve provided a company to repair our heater with no out of pocket for my family. A warranty is a great way to go for your home and HomeServe showed up and they have great customer service.
