We couldn’t get an appointment for the plumber to come out for 3 days. That’s a long time to wait when you really can’t use any water in your home. Might want to look for a contractor with more availability.

Initially called and spoke with an agent and I told him to please put my wife’s number in the work order so she’d be the one to get the call. He didn’t. We missed the opportunity to get my issue fixed the next day. I had to call again and go through the entire process again. All to realize that when the repair guy came to the house he couldn’t fix anything and I was still charged $75. Repair guy even said I don’t have to pay anything since he could not do any repairs.
