I’m very pleased with the care and attention HomeServe resolved my plumbing problem.The association I spoke was understanding and dispatched a plumbing company to repair my busted pipe. The plumbing came out to my home and made the repair in a timely manner.The repairman was respectful from the start to finish.

HomeServe was very quick to respond to my call concerning a leak at the water meter for my house. They had a plumbing company call and arrange an appointment the next day. The plumbing company worked with our MUD district office and got the leak (which was on my side) fixed the same day. Only inconvenience was not having water for a couple of hours but that was minor compared to what I would have had to pay out of pocket for a plumbing service. Very happy to have HomeServe on my side.

The workman were fast and reliable. They got the job done well. As for your company, you are trying to tell me that I owe money. My agreement says I have an $8000 maximum benefit and you are saying I only have a $1000 befefit.
