Our first technician came on time and worked really hard for several hours but could not clear the blockage in our sewer line. Another tech was scheduled for the next day with a heavy duty sewer snake. He researched the situation and went to work and within a few hours pulled out a root ball about 7 feet long. Everything now works great. HomeServe is the best and I will stay with them!

The guy that came out did a fantastic job !!!!! If I ever need the job done again he is the one I would want to do the job !If I need a plumber for other plumbing needs Doug's is who I'll call .
