While the technicians who made the repairs to my water tank were kind and professional, I was left with a worrisome gas leak that the gas company had to resolve.Upon my first recognition of the leak I put in a call to the servicer- Mayes& sons- who were slow to get back to me and only pointed me back to HomeServe they said, for a work order. Luckily it was HomeServe that directed me to Dominion, who were prompt, and successful in resolving the matter.Although I can understand complications with a repair that may indeed need further resolution, the manner in how Mays &son behaved I feel was substandard.I

Homeserve could find a contractor to service my blocked sewer same day (it was a Sunday) . I wound up finding a contractor that would come out the day and clear my blockage , that contractor worked it out w Homeserve to do the job that afternoon.I was far too involved in finding and securing a contractor.

My kitchen sink clogged and I tried to clear it with no luck. I have HomeServe so I called them and requested service. They had local plumbing co contact me we set up and appointed service. Two days out but was able to come out that day and fix my problem. Very happy with all involved.

I was very pleased with the time it took to respond to my request for service. The technician sent was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Most of all it didn’t take him long to complete the job. I have recommended your company to others.
