A very good experience. They listened to my issue, and checked it out. They checked out the water line and found it to be cleared, although it was already worked on recently. Tree roots were found in the water line. Basically, Home serve came and checked out the work that was done, and said everything is fine.

Matt was kind & through in his work. Suggested other fixes, & told me water softeners are hard on pipes.

This rating is for the Actual fella that came out to my home and did the work.Great fella!! by the way!!!The Original company wound up not calling me to tell me they were runnung late-like at least 2 hours-A ZERO for them.Also, some of the female customer service reps I spoke with really sounded like they were not experienced enough and had an attitude on the phone like they could care less about the job.
