I had good and bad I called in AM and no services order was put in. When I called to check for info arrival etc I had to start all over His And Hers company did a great job. Was a little upset that our job cost an additional $400 dollars especially as that water heater should have still been under a warranty

Within hours a Service Provider (Plumbing) was provided and an appointment was made w/me for the next day. 4. The provider showed up repaired my leaking copper pipes in the basement. 5. I called to report a water leak outside my home a week ago. After some shifting about a contractor said he would begin work 4 days after the call. HomeServe has held up the start of this cleanup to review costs. 3 days later and counting, the water leak is much larger and no one has begun to fix it.
