I called about no heat and a repairman was here within a few hours. He was polite, knowledgeable, and thorough, replacing the gas valve pilot tubing, pilot, and thermocouple. He explained everything and was quick to getting our heat back.

I felt a plumber could have been found a little sooner. He said he was contacted the morning that he arrived. In talking to a representative I had suggested checking out Susanville, California as years ago when a pipe broke in he same area the plumber that was sent was from Susanville. I felt that it was possible your representative did not know where our town was located in California. I was very satisfied with the work done, other than being without water for 28 hours.

I cant say enough about the great experience I have hade with home serve , I have all their policy HVAC , Electric, Plumbing , Sewer . Great Full i do not need to use them often but when i have , they have been amazing so professional , they arrive on time. the technicians are always clean and respectful most of all very good at the job. The tech never called when he was in his way…they would send out a email…the window of time was all day long…when I attempted to call scheduling…you had to speak to a computer…my problem still not resolved…VERY DISAPPOINTED IN HOW IM HANDLED.

I was totally impressed with the quick response I received when I called about an overflowing sink. I called about 8 pm and was told that since it was after hours someone would get back to me the following morning. To my surprise, I got a call back from the plumber within half an hour and he was out first thing in the morning and fixed the problem.

as always everything was done fast and efficiently
