HomeServe immediately responded to my claim. Unfortunately in the early hours before work, the toilet clogged and water flowed from it onto my bathroom floor and flooded my living room ceiling. I called HomeServe as I insure my plumbing through them and was connected to a local plumber. The plumber reached out but did not have availability until 4 days later. I called HomeServe back and they found me another plumber who could come the next day. The selected plumber arrived on time, quickly assessed the problem and fixed it. The entire process was seamless. The representatives were helpful. Highly recommend.
