I’m very frustrated currently. Put a claim in, had a tech come out. The tech was an hour away and it took days to get the problem fixed. Once it was supposedly fixed, I still have no heat in myUpstairs radiators. My upstairs is freezing. The tech is stating it’s due to my system, and HomeServe won’t cover what’s needed to fix it. I’m very confused at this. I went from a fully working system, and then the pump went. Tech replaced the pump, and now he’s telling me my system has the wrong radiators and was converted, yada yada yada. Everything worked fine before he replaced the pump. He didn’t even offer to help me bleed the radiators to get them running again. He complained that he wasn’t getting paid for all his time. He did not have a cell phone with service half of the time. Over a week, and I still have no heat upstairs in single degree temperatures. I cannot have my kids sleep in their bedrooms because it’s too cold. Why did everything work before the repair? There was nothing done to ensure I had a working system after he was done. On several occasions he suggested I might want to switch to a different tech, but HomeServe wouldn’t allow that, so I’d have to pay for the complete repair. I’ve paid for 3 Homeserve warranties for the past 6 years and I really have a bad feeling now. Is it the tech who’s the issue (which I feel is very likely) or is HomeServe not concerned with my house being warm. Thank you for listening in advance!

The customer service person was awesome. They called back to tell us they had placed our order and a repair person would be calling us directly. The repair persons were here by noon the next day and repair finished by 3;00. Very pleased with this service and highly recommend them.
