Quick great attitude and friendly

The company that they sent out his and hers plumbing were below standard they lied about where the clog was because he did not want to pull the toilet so just by chance my parents also had another company that did work from the house to the street but do not generally work on inside plumbing. But they had to pay 400.00 dollars because His and Hers did not do there job ! Elderly people should not be subject to this and should be fully reimbursed because thy have been paying on these insurance since they purchased the house!
