I wish he had delved a little further into the line to see if tree roots were causing the problem. Previous repairmenhave used a camera to check it out. Roots have caused some problems in past years. Nothing against him \personally. He was a nice young man. Thankyou.

My call for service was responded to quickly. I asked for a plumber ASAP and in less than 8 hours one arrived at my house. An interior leak was found and arrangements were made to return next day to complete the repair. I may have an ugly hole in my bedroom wall but NO LEAK. Also, one of the workers noticed a leaking pipe under the bathroom sink. He advised that I should call in for an order to repair that as well. I did and also requested the same company to do the repair. Excellent stars all around!

Ref: Service agreement #59360072 --- I have now had a 9-month relationship with HomeServe to get a back-up sewer issue resolved. I have been with HomeServe over 5 years with coverage that was recommended by AARP! The solution recommended by the 2 plumbing companies that work at HomeServe's behest was to have the old clay line replaced with a new PVC line because of 2 serious flooding of my basement (in one year) due to the sewer backing up, due to low spots in the line, plus cracks. Videos taken by the 2 companies show the problems. The feces floating in the water that backed up in my finished basement was not pleasant, to say the least! On 24Jan2023 I contacted HomeServe to get a status report on the solution to my sewer problem. Tyler from Priority Plumbing came out. Tyler & I called HomeServe and reached Rita. The phone conversation did not go well. Rita insisted that Mountain High Plumbing, who is licensed to do the excavation to the sidewalk and street, CALL -not send - the cost breakdown and video for the job. Jeremy said they had already sent all the info, but it was WRITTEN! Rita was rude. She would not listen to me, the client, or to Tyler, one of the plumbers involved. She insisted on speaking over me while I was talking. Not a pleasant experience at all.
