The Electrician was exceptional in all respects. Treated my property and home with respect. He listened to my concern and was able to quickly ascertain what was needed and remieded the issue. He didn't have the "exact" part with him and it had to be ordered. He found out while looking at the issue when the product would be available and said he would return in 2 days. He did and finished the job quickly and efficiently. The process was PERFECT AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Phone experience not good! The automated system leaves a lot to be desired. Best to have a live person my call was urgent and a live person would be best. However the plumber I believe his name was Rich was excelled, arrived on time, knew our history and knows his business.Thanks

i had a sewer drain problem an my man from K jett was looking for any other problem he could find but wanting to fix my problem. he found a lead pipe from my tub upstairs said i should fix it right away it had nothing to do with my sewer drain. i was very displeased. i let him know and he did finally work on my problem.

Not good!They could not do anything I was told, however they should have called The Gas Company or told me to call The Gas Company!!! it was a dangerous situation, I am glad that the next day I decided to call The gas Company!It could have ended real bad for me.

First, let me say that Rooter Express was excellent as always. They've been sent here numerous times and have always been wonderful, efficient and fast. They get 5 stars.My issue is with HomeServe itself and the nonsense I went through in order to get the service I pay for. First call, I got the useless "Robot", that automatically made an appointment with the incorrect company. It booked a regular plumber that's been here before and didn't have the proper equipment to take care of my clog issue. Had to call back again and get a LIVE person to cancel that call and send the correct company. As always, Rooter Express called to let me know that they'd arrive and when. Half an hour later I got a call from the company that your robot dispatched, saying they'd be here in an hour. I told them it had been cancelled, but they insisted it hadn't and were coming anyway. When I called your dispatcher to let your company straighten out the mess they'd made, I was told by a rude man that because the policy is in my 91 year old mother's name, he would not speak to me. My mother has dementia, was asleep and basically has no idea what's going on, I've got 2 companies coming to her (and my) home and your company would do nothing about your own mistake. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he cut my call off. When i called back, I got another person - a nice efficient woman who took care of the issue quickly and easily. Right now I'm very unhappy with your customer service. While I understand privacy concerns, many of your customers are elderly people in need of assistance and telling me I can't take care of my 91 year old mother's account is ridiculous. All that being said, yes, I would highly recommend Rooter Express. HomeServe - not so much.
