Fast turnaround. Had a leak behind the wall. I went online submitted my claim received a call right away for the plumber to come out. I was kept abreast of what company was being used, the time they were coming and an alert to say he was in his way. It was definitely a hassle free service. Glad I decided to purchase HomeServe.The plumber that came I had to tell him to open the wall. He was about to leave and leave the water still coming out of the pipe. I don’t blame that on HS. I blame it on the plumbing company, perhaps he was a little inexperienced. Once he opened one wall he did do a good repair job.

You sent over people that were wholly unqualified and were watching YouTube videos to figure out how to perform the repair. Not only did they misdiagnose the problem, but they prevented other companies from doing any service on the unit because the repair firms refused to touch the dishwasher after it The first company tried to repair it. It took well over a month and nothing was fixed.

The only issue I have is the HVAC companies you use fail to respond to service request. Royal Air responded but tech could not fit in the attic space. Three other companies were requested with no response. We still need our HVAC system fixed and it’s been over a week.

Absolutely hate and disagree with your plumbing policy of only two visits per year!! This was never practiced and to the best of my knowledge, never communicated clearly to us. I have already discouraged 3 neighbors in community not to not sign up with HomeServe and posted comment on it online. I could perhaps understand limiting the visits to six or even 4 but ONLY two!!! Shame....

Some of the worst serve I've ever had somewhere. Everyone has a different opinion. Things were measured wrong and therefore communicated wrong. Not good at all

I’ve been very pleased with HomeServe, this call was a little frustrating. The service person was not understanding. Everything else was good.
