There was no attempt to repair my proble. Technician was not there more than 3 minutes and said parts not available for this stove. Too old. No one has gotten back to be regarding the review of my claim.

Levi is an excellent service provider. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and shows genuine care for people. His technical skill were great, diagnosing the issue and fixed it quickly. He also addressed an electrical feature I’d like to add later.

My hot water was not getting hot, so I called HomeServe and requested my plumber. HS immediately contacted the plumber and had my new heater by 5:00pm that afternoon. Very satisfied with HS and my plumber.
