I am totally pleased with the service I receive from Home Serve I receive texts and emails to keep me informed about progress on my service request. The service technicians that are sent are both professional and courteous. My service need is met in a timely manner. I am a happy Home Serve customer.

Great customer service and professional

They didn't do anything other then to say that you have to get this fix first before we can do the work. Which is fine but don't ask for feedback on a job that you didn't do.

My water supply broke on a Saturday night and I tried to get a plumber early Sunday morning. They told me to wait 2 hours for someone to call me. Then 4 hours went by and I called back only to find out that there was a plumber assigned to me. When they got in touch with me another hour later they said they could be there on Tuesday. Seeing that I had no water to my entire house that would be unacceptable. I went out on my own to hire a plumber and paid them out of my pocket. I am so disgusted with the service your company applied to my situation. The lack of communication was so bad on your end. I think I will be canceling my policy from your company. It seemed to be useless when I needed it most.
