Service as could be expected; several attempts were made to contact available workmen to correct my problems with a malfunctioning gas water heater. I received next day service. Because I paid for the service a refund has been requested and instructions were given for the process, which will take about 30 days.

I appreciate that they called to give me an arrival time. They went right to work and had the problem solved within a few minutes.

No two plumbers that I spoke with, nor saw the unit, nor worked on it said the same thing was wrong with it. I never had a problem before with my heating unit and Home Serve. The last plumber who serviced it did practically nothing to help it. I feel that the days of getting a unit fixed thru home Serve are long gone. It's not worth the money anymore since the plumbers on your list really don't want to fix anything thru H.S. I believe it's all about 💰 money.

Had blocked sewer line. I phoned and was told contractor would call me and set appointment.Contractor called promptly, set same day appointment, arrived within a couple hoursand unblocked the line. Plumber was prompt,Courteous and made no mess.
