Unfortunately I have been sitting at home without use of my bathroom or kitchen for the past week and have another 5 days of waiting. The plumbing company has been to my house twice and I’m still left here with a tarp screwed into my ceiling to catch the water. The plumber created a hole in my walls then showed me where the leak was coming from. Put a garbage bag taped on my ceiling to catch the water which lasted about 20 mins after he left

Call Center customer service was professional and polite. They immediately sent service request notice to plumbing contractors. I received appointment confirmation within 1 hour of contacting Home Serve and repair was made the next day. Very pleased with Home Serve and the plumbing contractor. THANKS HOME SERVE

My water pipe broke and water was running everywhere. I panicked and called my water company and had them shut the main water valve off. Then I called you guys . They responded so quickly and send the nicest plumber out. I was so blown away with the service that your team provided. I think knowing that having your service took away my anxiety.

We were contacted via email and a phone call advising when a technician would be out.Was fortunate that technician was close buy and once he arrived he quickly determined we did not have a leak in our waterline!Once he left, there was a follow up email with an invoice.Very pleasedBob Salome

The Electrician was exceptional in all respects. Treated my property and home with respect. He listened to my concern and was able to quickly ascertain what was needed and remieded the issue. He didn't have the "exact" part with him and it had to be ordered. He found out while looking at the issue when the product would be available and said he would return in 2 days. He did and finished the job quickly and efficiently. The process was PERFECT AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
