We called Home Serve for an exterior leak we had in the front lawn of our house. An appointment was made for Friday after our initial call on Wednesday. The plumber, Charlie, came on time and proceeded to dig in order to see where the leak was coming from. The ground provided an extra challenge for him, but he persevered, found the leak and fixed it. He waited to make sure the repair was completed properly. The hole was filled in and everything is working without any leaks. Thank goodness we have a service contract with Home Serve. I hate to think what I would have paid without it.
