The service schedule needs to changeThe Technicians are over booked with appointments. They are great techs but, whomever is setting the service calls isOverwhelming the techsAlways showing up late in the afternoon.They are in such a hurry and work long hours.Besides I have to take the day off just to wait for the Technician

I try to tell everybody about her home surfing because it's such a great organization it gets your work done and you don't have to beg them to do it like the others so I've been involved with the others it is hard to get somebody here if you want them they don't help you like HomeServe does I've seen me wait for as long as 2 months to get somebody here from the other ones

I have tried 3 times to pay our bill. I have given debit card info , credit card information, and banking information . I was told 24-48 hours the payment would be withdrawn. Very disappointed in the service.
