The technician completely tested our home wiring, found no significant issues (apart from a breaker that was not properly installed in the breaker box -- which he fixed), confirming that wiring is not the cause of the problem we are experiencing with our Internet router randomly rebooting itself for no apparent reason.

Very pleased with the process. Within 30 minutes of my 1st call I was notified a contractor had responded and would be out same day. The tech called to advise of eta. He took care of the problem very professionally.
