Y'all sent out a company 2 weeks ago and said didn't have water leak, it was neighbor . I still have a big water mess every where in my yard. I should not be charged for that poor service.

Golden State Mechanical did an excellent job in repairing my heater. I was very happy with their work. They were very nice and friendly.

The person that answered the phone failed to document my repair request correctly. There were two problems, a slow draining shower and a facility backup with commodes overflowing. I had to call back and make a second request for shower drain repair.

I appreciate having this coverage. What I didn't like was that no one from HomeServe contacted me after I made the initial call to advise me if they found a Contractor that could help me. I called HomeServe three times within a two hour period to see if they found a Contractor. Finally, after almost two and one-half hours, a Contractor finally called me. Unfortunately, I had to wait till the following day until my problem could be resolved.

It took too long to get an appointment.Technician did a good job but I had to call three times to get an explanation for the additional expense.
