The plumber arrived about 1 hour after I called. I really appreciated his promptness. He used the rotorooter and went out about 50 feet. There were roots in the pipes that were causing the problem. The problem was solved.

The only reason I did not give you a 5 was because of the time it took to get someone out to do the repair. The lady we spoke to was helpful and courteous and she actually spoke English! The repair guy from AM Home Solutions was on time, he had the part to fix the dryer. He had a great personality and was very professional. I

Danny, the technician from Action Mechanics, came exactly when he said he would. He was very pleasant and professional....and best of all, he fixed our heater so that we could have heat again (the heat had been out for 3 weeks). Thank you, Danny!
