It is going on three weeks with still water leaking. I am not satisfied with length of service that water is still leaking!

Your company you sent out very professional and did an excellent job. He fixed the problem and would recommend his service to anyone that needed him.He explained what he was doing and let me know how to much use of over the counter product could damage cast iron pipes over a period of time.

He arrived on time on a Sunday. Examined the area and went straight to workHe was very friendly and mindful of cleaning his area.

All of the contractors from the plumbing company and MSD were wonderful!!! They all were hard working and very enthusiastic in trying to figure out what they needed to do to get our problem fixed. Very courteous and hard working

HomeServe is horrible. I have a broken sewer line. Two different companies have confirmed this including the HomeServe contractor. Roots have penetrated and broken the sewer line. A plumbing company, I think Bliss Plumbing was tentatively scheduled to come to start repairs on Friday 1/20/23. Marks-a-lot has marked even marked a nearby gas line. Everything seemed to be progressing. Then out of the blue an incompetent employee named Scott Rose called and claimed the line was ok. Totally ridiculous. A broken line with roots just doesn't repair itself by magic. I will continue to oppose this terrible customer service incuding contacting the Better Business Bureau, local media, social media, state and federal agencies too.

The dispatch was courteous and professional. I was able to get an appointment the same day. The technician arrived on time and completed job as promised.

I was never happier to have added water line coverage. This could have been a disaster and thanks to Home Serve it was doable and almost painless.

Very timely service on a weekend. Friendly and capable service technician who solved our main house drain blockage within an hour from arriving.
