The two plumbers did a great job explaining that my water heater would need to be replaced, telling me what my options were, and installing the new unit in a timely manner. They managed the tight confines of my basement with no trouble at all.

The plumbers were so polite, clean and knowledgeable. They took care of the Leak and the Leak has been taken care off, I don't hear water running and I am very happy with your Service.The Water Company answering service needs training on your Service. They instructed me to get a plumber and then contact you for payment but they had done that before with me and I paid a plumber out of my own pocket and then I called you and you said NO because I did not go thru you and your plumbers so the Water Company still giving wrong information to your Insurance Customer's. The Water Company needs service on your Rules. Thank you.
