He came, he cleaned the drain, he did a great job.

Of course our blocked drain occurred on a holiday. One call to the claim. Service line was all it took to get a very cheerful and skilled practitioner out to unblock our drain.

This was my first time putting in a request for service although we have been members in one or more of the services offered for several years. I was very pleased with how prompt our request was addressed. We experienced a blockage in the main sewer line which cause the tubs and toilets in the basement to overflow. It was a mess. Was about to call a plumber and them remembered we had HomeServe. Went on line to request and schedule service. Within a few minutes I received a call to fill in any additional information and a time to expect service the next morning. They schedule a time between 7 am and noon. I receive a call from the plumber at 7:45 when 20 minutes away. Put in about couple hours work freed the drain and departed my premises. Happy customer here.

On time, professional and clean. Also cleaned up after the work was finished and hauled broken appliance away.

Great and Professional

There was a sewage back up at my home, which left a broken pipe and fecal materials on the floor. I called another warranty company and they were not able to assign a contractor until two days later which resulted in the appointment being over a week out! HomeServe scheduled a contractor immediately and the contractor arrived at my home in a little over an hour! The problem was resolved expeditiously!
