HomeServe provided excellent service cleaning out the drain from my home to the city main sewer line. I had a plumbing team of four out earlier to diagnose the issue and try to fix- but they could not clean in out in four hours. The homeserve tech came out quickly and fixed the issue in about fifteen minutes.

When I called Home Serve, my request was taken promptly, the work order was processed quickly and I was (within an hour) contacted by the plumbing provider with an appointment date and time. I have had Home Serve for several years, your company is a life saver for a senior like me.

The plumber was absolutely on time, communicative, respectful of property, efficient, and showed a genuine concern for doing the job correctly. This plumber and his employers, Douglas & Son, are truly excellent. If and when I do need a plumber, I will continue to use HomeServe and I definitely want Douglas & Son.
