Our sewer backed up on Saturday morning. Homeserve was unable to find a plumber for us until Monday morning. Not the first time this happened. Expand your partnerships in Delaware.

Waited 2 days for someone to come out for emergent issue. The technicians snaked the pipe in the basement and we thought problem was fixed. 4-5 days later, same issue occurred, so problem was not actually fixed. Now we need to have someone more qualified to remedy the situation.
