The plumbers that have been to our home have all done a great job however; we are waiting on a final solution to our problem. W still cannot use one of our bathrooms!The supervisor from Dauenhauer came out and had a solution for our problem. We are waiting to hear back from someone to get this work done.

I had no heat in my home due to an electrical issue and your company could not find anyone who could come within 90 hours! After I paid $7.99 per month for more than 5 years, my first call for electrical was a complete waste of time and delayed my finding help on my own. Worse than a waste, actually. I will be cancelling and complaining to my utility provider.
