Water still leaking. They didn't dig deep enough to locate main water line. Left a very mudy hole and didn't rake gravel back. Still a hazard for the nurses.

Appointment was at 4:30. Arrived at 4:35 and it was getting DARK. Therefore he had a problem seeing. Cleaned line.Next day same problem. Called again. Appointment at 4:30 again. Two individuals arrived. Whatever they did it worked.

Technicians who came out were excellent to deal with, they always kept me in the loop about ETAs and the issues they had found. They had resolved the issues we were having with the flooded basement.
