There was a glitch in that I was told a technician was coming during a certain time period, but the reality was I was going to be called by a technician during that time period to schedule an appointment. Dasha listened to the recordings and immediately took over the situation. She informed me that she would talk to the representatives that gave me the wrong information. Then she escalated my repair and allowed me to find my own technician and arranged for me to be reimbursed. Dasha was very informative, professional, punctual, and friendlyin handling my situation.
