The complete experience was wonderful.The operators who answered the call were pleasant /professional and accommodating.Their plumbers /electricians call the customer of Homeserve within a reasonable time to set a time convenient for the customer. My experience with the plumber/electrician sent to my home was that a 2hour window was given and then with text/email informed 15 minutes before they come. While on the job friendly, professional and within a reasonable time got the job done.

We expected a technician to come out run a camera and find out where the leak is. He came and proceeded to try to “unclog” the sewer. The sewer wasn’t clogged had never been clogged and we didn’t request that service.When I called back to ask for someone to come check use a camera and for a leak I was told you didn’t do that.So the service I asked for never happened. That’s why I rated the job poor
