The call for service for a leaking water heater was returned in 5 minutes with a same day appointment to assess the situation. This was on a Friday, and the replacement date was the following Monday. Arrival was at the appointment time given. The technicians were professional, and the work was done very neatly and clean.

They sent someone out on the first day. I had the leak marked. He said he could not dig until he called 811 even though it was on private property and there were no other utilities there. The next day they called and wanted to get on their calendar, 5 days later, even though 811 had not arrived to mark the site. I cancelled the appointment and had someone else repair it for $123. the water company was calling telling me I had a leak and higher water use and they couldn't come for 5 more days.

The company that came out did even look at our furnace he just banged on it in a few places. Then went outside and came back in to show my husband a picture. He said the stack was leaning and cracked which isn't under warranty. I was referred to someone that might be able to fix it and was told that I would need a new furnace because of the age of mine. A friend of mine suggested I call and get a second option so I did. The gentleman that came out fixed the problem which was not the stack. I asked him about the Crack and he said there was NO Crack it was fine. Long story short the man that you sent out really didn't want to work because he told my husband he hoped it was a quick job because he wanted to get off work. I wont recommend that company to anyone!!
