HomeServe reacted promptly to my call. They contacted the plumbers under contract with them and informed me as to which one was available immediately. I checked plumbers' rating and was satisfied to learn that they had good ratings on the Internet. The young man they sent was friendly and helpful.

It took 3 days to get a contractor to make a home visit because it was over New Year's Day that our sewer line problems surfaced. That was more of a delay than I thought I should wait! The customer service people I dealt with online were very professional and polite.
