The plumber came and took out our hard metal water pipes and installed new thin plastic tubes. I hope when I turn on our outside faucet - this new thin piping will be ok.When I showed my brother what the plumber did - he said the plumber should have installed new metal pipes instead. We will see how long this piping lasts.

The company that responded to do the repairs was excellent. They were prompt and the technician appeared to be very knowledgeable. The job was completed in no time. I was extremely pleased with the service provided !

HomeServe person was very helpful and got a contractor lined up right away; However, the chosen contractor, was not a pleasure deal with; Job was done, but I don't like being lied to and made to feel that its ok to be without water for two days..
