I had a backed up sewer. I called the Friday before January 1, 2023. No one ever answered my request. Eventually I called Roto Rooter who came 1/1/2023 and resolved the problem!

Woody has been the best contractor that has come to my home. I am still waiting to see if the hot water will keep running without any problem if not I will have to call an electrician to come and look at it. It has been a pleasure being served by Woody, great guy, very pleasant and polite. I will ask for him if ever I have any plumbing issue in the future. Thanks Woody 🙏

The customer service reps from HomeServe were very good.The problem we had is that the water heater installer from Mayes and Sons broke our back door and they expect us to send video showing them breaking it when my husband saw what they did. People don’t normally have cameras on the back door but we do. I’m very disappointed in the lack of accountability on their part after my husband and I on separate calls explained the situation.

This is my mom and dad’s home. The plumbing problem happened after regular hours and so I knew that nothing could get done that night. I did reach one of your representatives and she was able to hook them up with an appointment for the next morning. The plumbing company (Stan’s) came out sooner than we expected and solved the plumbing issue quickly.My parents are very happy with your service and personnel.
