Thank you Homeserve for finding me an electrician that was able to fix my problem the next day. When Homeserve assigned the first electrician they didn’t have an appointment for two weeks and I couldn’t wait that long. So I canceled them and called Homeserve back and told them this was an emergency. Homeserve found an electrician that was able to come the next day. The electrician was friendly and was able to fix the problem.

plumbers arrived 3 days after leak discovered shut off valve in radiator in bathroomhad 1 look never tested advised not covered by insurance and left 7 minutes after arrival A disgrace we cancelled all policies same day never again false advertising and scam plumbers.

I had an issue with one of the contractors, a first for me since dealing with HomeServe. I received a call from a HomeServe representative who listened to the problem and was able to rectify the issue. I will continue to refer people to HomeServe when looking for a home warranty company. I have been with HomeServe for a number of years and this company has always provided excellent service. Thank you so much for being a company that provides great customer service.
