I had a water fitting go bad. at first I reported a frozen pipe bursting...But I was wrong it was just a old fitting that gave way from age...so I went to Ace hardware store and for $ 20 some odd bucks I bought the repair parts and installed them myself....So I was able to turn my water on to my house again. Your not at fault what I thought was a bursted pipe due to freezing was'nt that at all. How do I make another claim ? Thanks for your prompt attention. Your customer for many years....Wiley

My water would not shut off on my toilet. It was working fine and the plumbing and toilet are only few years old from a bathroom remodel. I described what the toilet was doing. Home serve set up appt. with Hoffman/Alstadt Plumbing company. They sent two skilled plumbers to my house . I not certain what all they had to do to the plumbing and toilet, but good news they fixed it and it is all working fine now. I will always keep my Home Serve insurances. It makes me happy to know all I have to do is give Home Serve a phone call, and things get done. Thank You

Problem with sewer backup right before Xmas was dealt with in a reasonable time. Contractor bailed due to icy conditions and then equipment “failure”. Next one, Drain-Go, finally solved problem. Overall pleased with help we received.
