After a Long wait on hold I finally got a representative to assist me. They were exceptional and knew what they were doing. I was contacted by the plumbing contractor that they set up and he arrived when he was suppose to. He identified the problem and solved it. Thank You.

When I bought this plan, I thought it was also for in-house also. Where is the plan for in-house problems? This outside plan should have had an in house plan also. Was not happy.

Over the holidays our kitchen sink got clogged and we could not resolve the clog ourselves. We contacted home serve and scheduled in a visit which was 2 days later. They came within projected timeframe and had the drain unclogged in minutes. Thank you!
