Even though we had been paying for the insurance for over 7 years, we still had to pay $495 to the plumbing company towards the installation of the new water heater.Also, we wanted to replace the old A.O.Smith water heater (which lasted over 25 years) with another A. O. Smith water heater. The plumber said they only installed Bradford White brand water heaters and we had no choice as to which model of Bradford White water heater.

Timely response by contractor. Seemed to work efficiently. Had to cut wall to get to pipe that had burst. Do you handle fixing the wall?
