Our kitchen sink backed up a few days after Christmas. The HomeServe contractors came the next day, and despite snaking out the sink to the ground twice, it was packed solid. Two days later another crew arrived and replaced the old pipe in the basement with new pvc pipe. We are grateful for the service.

Prompt service. Apparently pipe had froze and technician had me wait and it worked fine after defrosting. He also told us to get tank pumped...which we had done.
