Eddies Heating And Cooling responded immediately. A new thermostat was installed along with a part in the furnace and we were up and running quickly. I would highly recommend Eddie’s heating and cooling.

David was excellent handling my call and getting a tech out. However, the Charlie Bot needs a lot of improvement as it misunderstood my request for Refrigerator repair and kept asking about my HVAC system until I yelled agent. Additionally I had to wait on the phone for 22 minutes until I received David. Another improvement you should consider, during the customer waiting for an agent, you should let them know how long before a live person and the option to wait or have a call back.

I identified to the Home serve representative why my issue was The plumbers came out and snakes the main drain knowing that I needed my “bridge “ or internal drain snaked to resolve the problem of water overflowing from my washers drain . I put a small load of clothes in only to end up mopping up water I phoned the HomeServe office again and was told that I was covered and they would dispatch the plumbers back . I phoned the plumbing co the next morning and was told that Homeserve had put in a work order for the same thing Main drain snake . I was later informed that I wasn’t covered . My sister has the same policy and hers was ????? A reputable company would of informed me of my actual problem and asked if I wanted them to rectify it while they were there and given me a quote . I ended up contacting my plumber bd has the situation taken care of . I wasted a weeks time and 2 trips to the laundromat . Just be upfront and honest with each interaction
