Douglas and Son greatly overcharged for their service. Previous water heater was installed within the covered amount, while Douglas ant Son charged an additional $1,969 over the covered amount of $1000. I have there discontinued your coverage.

Although when McAtee arrived , it was dealt with right away, I had to wait 2 days for your contractor to be able to get to me. Don’t know if you knew that in order to have sent someone else if available. I know so many were without water too. Still I couldn’t get a live person back with you all to discuss situation. Sad. If I would have been worse off at 82 yrs old what then?? How about all the water under my house for mold, who fixes that??
