We really appreciate your company getting our furnace serviced right away. We had the thermostat fail after some extremely cold weather. The company sent to repair the thermostat sent an exceptional individual to our home.

The All American Heating service person was great. The first service person was from Macabee andI was not pleased with the way he handled the situation. He was to return in the afternoon but never came or called back.

I was contacted by the service company within an hour and had a service man there within an hour of that. Everything was fixed quickly. Totally happy with the whole process.

Problem not resolved and no responses from either the Homeserve Representatives or the contractor for a week now to see if the home even has heat in the month of January in ND. Terrible service all around! Do not waste your time and money on this supposed coverage!
