I cannot describe how amazing your company is. When the storm took out my furnace busted water pipes and had major problems with the stop box and shut off valve, you were right there to help me the very next day, and I thank you more than words can say for your immediate response, your kind words for my situation and the amazing work that was done to get my house back in order. So far 2 contractors have come. The first didn’t have the right tools and left. The second had the exact same wrong tools, and didn’t even come in a truck with tools- he pulled up in a car. He also left. Both had subpar skills as judged by my husband, a 20+ year master plumber. We have been told our account balance has been reduced by these jokers who seemed to have charged your company an enormous fee and that from 2500 per job we now only have 1300 coverage for this job. We are waiting for the third to come today but are very disappointed with your service. We have been paying for 3 years and this our first attempt to use the service.
