I have had Homeserve for more than 10 years.I can count on one hand the times I requested your service.I have an Air & Heating warranty, Plumbing (inside & out), Hot Water Tank warranty.I called because I had no hot water,well after sending out service providers, I was informed the issue is not covered, how convenient.It's shocking to me how deceitful a Warranty can be.I am very, very disappointed with the manner this claim was handled.I have been without hot water since Dec 22, 2022, expecting your company to fix this problem.The reason you give for the denial of my claim, makes no sense.I will continue to address this manner again and again and again, until my concern is resolved.

The men that came to my house were very professional and helpful! The described to me what they were doing and answered all my questions! They completed the job quickly and were very kind and helpful!! It is nice to have such professional, helpful workers come to my house in such a trying time as we had for a whole week, with no bathroom!! Thank you!
