They showed up earlier than expected - normally they use the machine to unclog the drain this guy used a long pc of plastic with prongs on each side then he asked me for a paper towel or napkin to clean it off which I didn't have due to my financial situation then he needed a bucket which I told him was in the tub it was too big then he wanted one of my bowls - why they didn't come prepared to do the job and have their own supplies is beyond me - don't send them back here - he was not the same guy that came here last time - I pay too much for this contract and hardly ever use it I expect a reputable company to come to my home - please put a note on my acct they must wear shoe booties as I have wall to wall carpet
