everything went smooth Andrew is a very charming young man , he was on time introduced himself asked about the problem investigated things found the problem fixed it checked to make sure everything worked cleaned up and was on his way.

My experience was great. The service contractor came out the next day. He was timely, professional, courteous, and capable. He identified the problem, and made the repair. I was pleasantly surprised with how seamless the experience was.

The first plumber was a no-show on Wednesday 12/7/22. He showed up on Thursday 12/8/22 and said the job was too big and left. An appointment was then made for Sunday 12/11/22 and the plumber left saying he didn’t have to correct tools. I then received a email on Monday that the first plumber was coming over on Tuesday 12/13/12. When I called him he said you canceled him. I called you for probably the tenth time and I was approved for another plumber on Wednesday 12/14/22 but I had to make my own appointment for Thursday 12/15/22 with another plumber due to all of the cancellations. The job was completed satisfactorily on Wednesday 12/14/22.

Absolutely horrendous. I will never again purchase your service. I will inform everyone I know that the company is not worth a penny. I was left with no heat for a week in December and now I have not been able to get anyone to assist me with any type of reimbursement. We spent $5500 and they company wants to help out “0” !!!! I hope you use this on your Facebook page. I’ll be spreading the word how terrible the service and company is.
