I would think that a company that took my money every month,would've responded to their customer a little better. I had to call to many times for service. I was told someone would call me back and they didn't. I had to call about weather the part was going to be cover. All in all the heater was fixed but your customer service agent was trouble when it came to getting me help. I may have to rethink you guys service.

Eddies Heating And Cooling responded immediately. A new thermostat was installed along with a part in the furnace and we were up and running quickly. I would highly recommend Eddie’s heating and cooling.
