Your tech replaced a GFCI breaker that was for use on our exterior outlets with a regular breaker switch. An electrician friend says that is a no no.

Service was excellent. Laura, from the office, and Brad, the onsite representative, were outstanding. Laura kept me aware of timing of service call in a professional,efficient manner. Brad arrived and immediately appraised the blockage and corrected the obstruction. They are excellent assets to your company.
