This experience was beyond what I expected. I had a problem with a water leak. You know you pay for these things and never think they will work out in your interest. Didn’t know what to do so after a day of thinking I gave them a call. The whole process was easy and very painless. They scheduled for someone to come out and just like that it was fixed. I didn’t have to come out of pocket. Best experience!

Could not repair.said we would need someone pull out cabinets and then they would fix it. Then call someone else to put cabinets back.

I called and spoke to a representative who then found a contractor. The contractor didn't contacted me or showed up for the job after 8 days of waiting. Contacted Home Serve again and was immediately given another contractor who contacted me the next day and showed up on time indicated. Solved the problem and I am very satisfied.Contacted Home serve

worst experience I ever had other than the original person a gentleman took my first call. took months to get help. am a senior disabled and sent two different people out .I did not choose the company from naples. volt electric.no name tags etc no work order. only thing identifying them was the truck. last one was on phone with a friend when he got shocked. it got done took seven hours. Had to have someone here to watch as I had an event. he wound up doing in the dark. did not know what he was doing. I have several witnesses. Had you let me use my own electrician local that you first approved then changed. None of it would have happened. I also got told by several people friends that work for electrical companies said terrible job. I have not had problems since but since we will have heating issues this weekend we shall see. I will cancel at the end of the term. No notice of thank you from the company or followup etc. terrible customer service and they are not professional one bit.

The service specialist was very helpful in explaining what he was going to do, and what happens if this procedure in a few days or a month did not work. Then I call back to HomeServe, and they will help me resolve the problem. He was very professional and communicated very well.When I called HomeServe the operator also was professional, and explained the procedure.Thank you HomeServe.

The plumbers came out on Thursday 12/16/2022. They discovered where my leak was and submitted info and no one has called me to set up an appointment. This leak is leaking into my bedroom. I really need it fixed ASAP. Dianne Butler
