We woke to a water leak between our home and the street! Homeserve was able to get a plumber to us the same day to repair our pipe! Couldn't ask for better service!

You guys did get a plumber out here but after that everything I was told is totally different when I signed up for this warranty. Now that the amount is this much now I was told by a very rude lady that was not the case. I feel very scammed.

Arrived promptly and got the problem fixed immediately. Cory is just a polite and pleasant young man and explains the problem. We need more young men in this world considerate of older people.

Water line break Fri. late afternoon. Called to put in claim. Noticed when looked on line it was put in as a minor leak, called to get them to update to water off / no water. Sat am called for update. Told contractor was to be out that am. Called contractor and he was not able to come that am as crews tied up finishing other jobs. Called Homeserve back to get another company out Sat. 1st contractor texted back and said to let him know if Homeserve could not get another company out, he would try to get a crew to us. Long story short, 1st contractor came thru and showed up just as 2nd contractor arrived. 2nd contractor was not able to do anything Sat. so 1st contractor crew jumped on it. Tried to dig line up by hand, but was too deep. Delivered a mini-excavator Sat evening. Miss Utility marked Sun am and crew dug up line and made a repair. Got water back on. Appreciate the 1st contractor for doing all they could the get us water back on. Just took a lot of calls on my part to Homeserve to push the issue, otherwise we would have been without water until Monday or maybe longer.
